Construction and storage of anti-corrosion steel pipes:

(1) The surface of the base iron must be treated with Sa2.5 level before painting. It is strictly prohibited to bring in water, dust and oil during construction to ensure the quality of the painting.

(2) The proportion of paint is: component A (base material), component B (curing agent) = 9kg paint: 1kg curing agent (or construction according to the ratio of our factory).

(3) The construction proportioning method is: the component A is opened wide, the component B is added to the component A, and the mixture is stirred well. After 30 minutes of aging, it can be painted.

(4) This material is required to be used as soon as it is prepared, and the paint after the ratio must be used up within six hours. Unfinished materials should be sealed and stored.

(5) Construction should be stopped when it is rainy or when the relative humidity is greater than 75%. For the parts with severe corrosion media, it is recommended to apply multiple brushes.

(6) The product should be stored in a cool and dry place to prevent direct sunlight, isolate the fire source, and away from heat sources.

(7) The storage period is twelve months. After the period expires, all technical indicators should be inspected. If the indicators meet the requirements, they can continue to be used.
